Julian Velard - a resounding success!

A quite brilliant Night was had by all on Friday 16th October as Julian Velard, Emma Lawson, Pete Staines and Karl Lattimer entertained a lively crowd here at the Sports Club. Karl Lattimer came in at the last minute to replace Calypso Hetherington and entertained an appreciative crowd who loved his take on some piano based hits from the last 30 years!

Next on stage was the stunning vocalist Emma Lawson accompanied by Pete Staines on Guitar. They treated the audience to 20 minutes of Brilliant Songs showcasing that big voice and cracking stage presence.

Finally it was down to the native New Yorker Julian Velard, playing his fantastic catalogue of Piano Based pop, entertaining the crowd between songs with stories of New York and the lighter moments of living in Brooklyn. The vocals and piano spot on as ever despite a hectic schedule. The evening was a sell out, our thanks to everyone who made this possible, our helpers, supporters and friends. Enjoy the photo's and come again! More shows coming soon!
